Profile Settings

Manage your account from the Profile page. Use the sidebar "Profile" link to open it. The page has tabs: Account, Billing, Domain, Preferences, and Delete Account.

Accessing Profile

  1. Log in and go to your dashboard
  2. Click Profile in the sidebar
  3. You see the Profile page with tabs: Account, Billing, Domain, Preferences, Delete Account

Account Tab

The Account tab lets you manage:

  • Display Name — Your name as it appears on your decks
  • Handle — Your unique public identifier. Deck URLs use your handle, e.g. handle.roledeck.io/t/company/position. Handles use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens; they cannot start or end with a hyphen. There may be a cooldown (e.g. 30 days) between handle changes.
  • Avatar — Your profile picture, managed by your sign-in provider (e.g. Google). RoleDeck does not provide a separate bio or about field.

Other Tabs

  • Billing — Subscription, payment, customer portal. See Billing Management.
  • Domain — Custom domain setup (Pro). See Custom Domain.
  • Preferences — App preferences
  • Delete Account — Permanently delete your account. See Delete Account.
