Job-Specific Decks

Role decks (job-specific decks) are tailored for a single company and position. Each has a unique URL and appears in the RoleDecks section on your dashboard. On the free tier you can create up to 2 role decks.

What Are Role Decks?

Role decks:

  • Are tied to a specific company and position
  • Have a URL: handle.roledeck.io/t/company/position
  • Can be password protected or public
  • Free tier: limit of 2 role decks; Pro: unlimited

Creating a Role Deck

From the dashboard, click "+ New Deck" in the RoleDecks section. This opens the Create Deck page. Follow the three steps: Upload resume, Job details (Company and Position), and Password. See Creating Your First Deck for details.

Dashboard RoleDecks Section

The RoleDecks section shows a header (e.g. "RoleDecks" with count) and a "+ New Deck" button. The table lists your role decks with:

  • Checkbox — For bulk actions
  • Edit — Pencil icon to open the deck editor
  • Company — Target company name
  • Role — Position title
  • URL — Deck link
  • Email — Display/tracking email
  • Created — Creation date
  • Actions — Password, Duplicate, Delete (when available)

You can select multiple decks and use "Delete selected" to remove them.

Public Role Deck View

When someone opens a role deck URL, they see a simple Digital Business Card view: your name, candidate for the position/company, verified badge, contact grid, and a Download Resume button.

Managing Decks

From the dashboard you can: Edit (open editor), set or change password, Duplicate, and Delete. Use the deck editor to change theme, contact info, and content; use Publish Changes to save.
