Logging In
Access your RoleDeck account using the same method you used to sign up.
Sign In Methods
Email Magic Link
If you signed up with email, use the magic link method to log in:
- Navigate to the sign in page
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click "Send Magic Link"
- Check your email for the sign-in link
- Click the link in the email to log in
Google Sign In
If you signed up with Google, use the same method to log in:
- Navigate to the sign in page
- Click the "Google" button
- Select the Google account you used to sign up
- You'll be automatically logged in and redirected to your dashboard
Automatic Sign-In
If you're already logged in, you'll be automatically redirected to your dashboard when you visit the sign-in page. You can also access your dashboard directly from the main navigation menu once you're logged in.
Troubleshooting
Magic Link Not Received
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
- Make sure you're using the correct email address
- Try requesting a new magic link
Google Sign-In Not Working
- Make sure you're selecting the correct Google account
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Try using a different browser or incognito mode
- Check that pop-ups aren't being blocked
🔒 Security Note
Magic links expire after a short period for security reasons. If your link has expired, simply request a new one from the sign-in page.
